Would you like to become a member of the Student Scientific Society at the Medical University of Gdańsk?
We will be glad to have you on board!

But first:
1. Assure that you meet the following criteria:

• You are a student of a bachelor’s or master’s program at the Medical University of Gdańsk or at the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology UG&MUG
• You will be able to attend the General Meeting of our society, at least once a year
• You would like to develop your skills and knowledge about scientific research or share your experience with other students.
  

2. Please, read the Statute of our Society, you can find it below and download it on your device [HERE]

3. Fill in, sign and scan your declaration of membership and send it by email to stn@gumed.edu.pl. Put “Membership declaration” as the subject of the message.

• Download and print the Membership declaration [DOWNLOAD]
• Complete the document with your data and sign it, please reassure that everything is legible before scanning the document
• Scan the declaration (.pdf format) and send it on this email address stn@gumed.edu.pl. Put “Declaration of membership” as the subject of the message.

4. After submitting the declaration, please fill in this [FORM] in order to become an official member of Student Scientific Society at the Medical University of Gdańsk.
